What does a ticket cost?

The ticket price plus one fee of 7% + $0.49 per ticket, with card processing already inside it. On a $30 ticket that is $2.59, against $3.99 on Posh. The total is shown before you pay, and free RSVPs have no fee.

How do I get my ticket?

Your ticket is a QR code on your phone the moment you pay, in the app and under My Tickets on this site. Nothing to print and no will-call line. The door scans it once.

Can I get a refund?

Each event shows its refund policy before you pay. If an event is cancelled you are refunded in full, fees included. For anything else, the event page has a button that reaches the organizer.

Do I need the app?

No. Sign in with your phone number and you can buy and show your ticket on this website. The app adds saved events and alerts when organizers you follow announce new dates.

How do I sell tickets?

Sign up with your phone number, create your organization and put in your event: tickets, guest list and tables. Connect Stripe to get paid as tickets sell. New organizers are reviewed before their first event goes live, usually within a day.
