Refund Policy

When tickets bought on slash.fm can be refunded. This policy is shown to buyers before they pay.
Cancelled events
If an organizer cancels an event, every paid order is refunded in full, including the slash.fm fee, to the card you paid with. You do not need to do anything. Banks usually show the refund within 5 to 10 business days of the cancellation.
Postponed or changed events
If an event moves to a new date, time or venue, we notify ticket holders and your ticket stays valid. If you cannot make it, ask the organizer for a refund from My Tickets on the slash.fm website (Orders, then Request a refund).
Events that go ahead
For events that happen as planned, refunds are up to the organizer. Ask them from My Tickets on the slash.fm website; they are expected to respond within 7 days. When an organizer refunds you, slash.fm processes it and refunds our fee on the refunded amount.
When refunds are not available
Refunds are not owed if you are refused entry for not meeting requirements shown before purchase, such as the age limit, ID or dress code, if you are removed for misconduct, or if you arrive after the last entry time.
Free RSVPs
Free RSVPs and guest list spots cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund. If you cannot make it, let the organizer know from the event page so the spot can go to someone else.
slash.fm Resale
Tickets bought on slash.fm Resale are final unless the event is cancelled, in which case the buyer is refunded in full, fees included, and the seller is not paid for that sale.
Card disputes
Please contact the organizer or us before disputing a charge with your bank; it is almost always faster.

If the organizer has not responded within 7 days, or the event did not happen, use the contact forms in the slash.fm Help Center . slash.fm does not provide customer support by email; emails about orders, tickets, refunds, resale, transfers or accounts will not receive a response.
