What you get
- Fees: 7% + $0.49 per ticket, card processing included. No setup or monthly fee, and free events are free.
- Payouts: through Stripe Connect as tickets sell, not weeks after the event.
- The door: guest lists with cutoffs, table reservations with deposits, promo codes and promoter links.
- Scanning: any phone works, with duplicate detection and a live headcount.
slash.fm is ticketing built for nightlife: clubs, promoters, collectives and the festivals they grow into. The fee is 7% + $0.49 per ticket with card processing included, paid by the buyer, and you net exactly your ticket price on every sale.
Everything a night needs is in one place. Tiered tickets with auto-switch when a tier sells out, free RSVP tiers that can require approval, guest lists with cutoffs and plus-ones, table reservations with deposits, promo codes, promoter links with per-link sales, and a door scanner that runs on any phone.
Money moves through Stripe Connect. You onboard once, slash.fm takes its fee on each order, and the rest settles to your Stripe balance as tickets sell. Refunds, partial refunds, event cancellation with bulk refunds and chargeback evidence are handled from the dashboard.
Buyers get a QR ticket in the app, on slash.fm and by email the second they pay, so there is no will call and no printing. Doors move faster, duplicate scans are blocked, and you see a live headcount by tier.
Switching is a weekly recurring event away. Duplicate a night for the next 12 Thursdays, invite your promoters, and your first slash.fm event is on sale in an afternoon.
FAQ
- What does slash.fm cost?
- 7% + $0.49 per ticket, charged to the buyer on top of your ticket price, with card processing already included. That is $2.59 on a $30 ticket, against $3.99 on Posh. You net your full ticket price, or you can choose to absorb the fee instead.
- How fast do I get paid?
- Funds settle to your Stripe Connect balance as orders are paid. Stripe pays out on its standard schedule for your account, typically two business days in the US, and instant payouts are available where Stripe supports them.
- Can my promoters sell under their own links?
- Yes. Each promoter gets a tracked link per event, you see sales by promoter, and you decide what they are owed.
