How refunds work
Cancelled events are refunded automatically. For events that go ahead, refunds are the organizer's decision; you can ask from My Tickets.
slash.fm's refund policy works like this:
Ask the organizer from your orders. They approve or decline, and you're notified either way.
Request a refundYou'll sign in with your phone number, then go straight there.
| Situation | What happens |
|---|---|
| The event is cancelled | Every paid order is refunded in full, slash.fm fee included, automatically. You don't need to do anything. |
| The date, time or venue changes | Your ticket stays valid. If you can't make it, ask the organizer for a refund. |
| The event goes ahead | Refunds are the organizer's decision. Ask them from My Tickets. |
When refunds usually aren't given
- You can't go anymore and the organizer says no
- You were turned away for the age limit, ID, dress code or behavior
- You arrived after the door stopped letting people in
- The event has already happened
The organizer can still choose to make an exception.
Ask for a refund
On the slash.fm website, go to My Tickets, then Orders, and choose Request a refund. See Request a refund.
What gets refunded
When the organizer refunds you, the slash.fm fee is refunded with it, in proportion to what's refunded. A full refund returns everything you paid.
Other options
If a refund isn't possible, you may be able to sell your ticket on slash.fm Resale or send it to a friend. See I can't go anymore.
Tickets bought on slash.fm Resale follow different rules. See Buying resale tickets.
