If you run a venue, a party or a festival, you can start selling right away: sign up, create your organization in the dashboard and put in your first event. If you would rather talk it through first, use the form below and we reply within one business day.

If you are a buyer with a question about an event, contact the organizer: from the event page in the slash.fm app, or from My Tickets on the slash.fm website. They run the night and decide refunds. For your account, payments or slash.fm Resale, use the contact forms in the Help Center.

slash.fm does not provide customer support by email. Emails about orders, tickets, refunds, resale, transfers or accounts will not receive a response.
