Going to an event

Find your tickets

Your tickets live in your slash.fm account, under the phone number you used at checkout. Sign in with that number to see them.

Every slash.fm order is saved to the account for the phone number you signed in with at checkout. There's nothing to print or download: your ticket is a code in slash.fm.

Open My Tickets

You'll sign in with your phone number, then go straight there.

In the slash.fm app

  1. Open the app and sign in with your phone number and the 6-digit code we text you.
  2. Tap Tickets. Upcoming nights are under Upcoming, finished ones under Past.
  3. Tap a ticket to open it. The live code is ready for the door.

On the slash.fm website

  1. Go to My Tickets and sign in with your phone number.
  2. Your tickets are under Upcoming and Past. Orders and receipts are under Orders, and anything you're selling is under Resale.

On a phone, My Tickets shows your ticket code. On a computer it shows a code to scan with your phone, which opens the ticket in the slash.fm app.

If your tickets aren't there

  • You're signed in with a different number. Each phone number is its own account. Sign out and sign in with the number you used at checkout. See I have tickets on another number.
  • There was a typo in your number. You can't receive a code for a number you don't have. Sign in with your real number and send slash.fm a message with the order details and the last 4 digits of the card you paid with.
  • A friend sent you the ticket. It appears by itself once you sign in with the number they sent it to. There's nothing to accept.
  • You sent or sold it. It shows as Sent to someone, or Sold on slash.fm Resale, and its code no longer works.
  • The order was refunded. Refunded tickets show as Refunded and can't be used.
  • You asked to join and are waiting. Some free RSVPs need the organizer's approval. The order shows as awaiting approval under Orders, and the ticket appears when they approve it.
