Guest List App
The slash.fm guest list app runs your list from your phone and checks guests in at the door with the same scanner used for tickets. It is included with slash.fm ticketing at no extra cost, and it works for free RSVP nights with no ticket sales at all.
Add names one at a time or paste a list. Set plus-ones per guest, a note for the door, and a cutoff time after which the list closes for everyone except the owner. Each promoter adds guests under their own name so you can see whose list filled the room.
Guests can also add themselves. Publish a free RSVP tier, optionally with approval required, and the RSVP is a QR code on their phone that the door scans like a ticket. Duplicate names and double check-ins are caught automatically.
Caps keep the list honest. Set a capacity on the RSVP tier and it closes when full. Live headcount shows checked-in guests versus list size while the night is running.
Everything lives in the same event as your tickets and tables, so the night's report shows list, paid and table guests side by side.
