Nightclub Ticketing

Nightclub ticketing is different from concert ticketing. The same room runs three or four nights a week, half the door is guest list, tables are a bigger line than tickets, and the promoter network matters more than the headliner. slash.fm is built around that week, not around a one-off show.

Set up a night once and duplicate it weekly; tiers, cutoffs and promoters carry over with sales reset. Presales open on a schedule and auto-switch to the next tier when one sells out, so the early-bird price stops exactly when you want it to.

Guest list, tables and tickets are one door list. The scanner shows list guests, table reservations and ticket holders in the same view, with a live headcount by tier so the floor manager knows when to slow the door.

Recurring events get a venue page on slash.fm that lists every upcoming night, the guest list, and table booking, which is where people searching your club's name land. Past nights stay on the page as history.

Payouts settle through Stripe Connect as you sell, and sales reports break down by tier, promoter and day so you can see which nights carry the week.

FAQ

Can my door staff use their own phones?
Yes. Door staff get a role with scanner access only; they sign in on any iPhone or Android and scan. No hardware.
Do we need a Stripe account?
slash.fm creates a connected Stripe account for you during onboarding. It takes about ten minutes and you keep full access to your Stripe dashboard.
