Transfers

Send a ticket to a friend, get one someone sent you, and transfer limits.

• Transfer tickets to a friendSend a ticket to a friend's phone number or slash.fm username. It moves to their account with a new code, and yours stops working.
• Getting a ticket someone sent youThere's nothing to accept. Sign in with the phone number it was sent to, and the ticket is in your account.
• Why can't I transfer my ticket?Organizers can turn transfers off or stop them before doors. Used, refunded and listed tickets can't be sent either.
• I sent a ticket to the wrong personTransfers can't be undone. Ask the person to send it back. If you sent it to a stranger, contact slash.fm.
