I sent a ticket to the wrong person
Transfers can't be undone. Ask the person to send it back. If you sent it to a stranger, contact slash.fm.
Transfers are instant and final, so there's no cancel button. The ticket is in the other person's account, and only they can send it back.
Sending a ticket?
Choose Transfer next to the ticket and enter their phone number or slash.fm username.
Transfer a ticketYou'll sign in with your phone number, then go straight there.
If you know them
Ask them to send it back to your phone number or username from their slash.fm account.
If it went to a stranger
If you typed the wrong number, send slash.fm a message with the order details, the number you sent it to and when. We'll look into it, but we can't promise the ticket can be recovered.
