Why can't I transfer my ticket?
Organizers can turn transfers off or stop them before doors. Used, refunded and listed tickets can't be sent either.
Set by the event organizerEach organizer runs their own event. Check the event page or your ticket first, and contact the organizer with questions. slash.fm can't change an organizer's decision.
The Transfer option only shows when the ticket can be sent right now.

Common reasons
- The organizer turned transfers off for the event.
- Transfers have stopped for the night. Organizers can stop transfers 1 hour or 1 day before the event starts.
- The ticket was used, refunded or already sent.
- It's listed on slash.fm Resale. Remove the listing first.
- The event is over or cancelled.
- You've sent 30 tickets today. Try again tomorrow.
What you can do instead
- Request a refund from the organizer.
- Sell it on slash.fm Resale, if it's on.
- Ask the organizer for an exception.
slash.fm can't turn transfers on for an event.
