Going to an event
Refunds
How refunds work, asking the organizer for one, and cancelled events.
- How refunds workCancelled events are refunded automatically. For events that go ahead, refunds are the organizer's decision; you can ask from My Tickets.
- Request a refundOn the slash.fm website, open My Tickets, then Orders, and choose Request a refund. The organizer approves or declines, and you're notified either way.
- Where is my refund?Check the order in My Tickets. Once a refund is made, banks usually post it within 5 to 10 business days.
- Cancelled eventsIf an organizer cancels, every paid order is refunded in full, slash.fm fee included, automatically. We notify you in the app and by email.
- The organizer declined my refund or isn't respondingFor events that go ahead, refunds are the organizer's call. slash.fm steps in when they haven't responded within 7 days, or the event didn't happen.
- My refund went to a closed or expired cardRefunds go back to the card that paid. If that card was replaced or closed, your bank can usually still get the money to you.
- Disputing a charge with your bankA chargeback is slow and meant for fraud. For most ticket problems, ask the organizer for a refund first.
