Getting a ticket someone sent you
There's nothing to accept. Sign in with the phone number it was sent to, and the ticket is in your account.
When someone sends you a ticket, it goes straight into the slash.fm account for your phone number or username. There's no link to claim and nothing to accept.
Your tickets
See your tickets, orders and anything you're selling.
Open My TicketsYou'll sign in with your phone number, then go straight there.
See your ticket
Sign in to the slash.fm app or My Tickets with the phone number it was sent to. It shows as From the person who sent it.
If it isn't there
- It went to a different number, such as an old number or a typo. You'd need to sign in with that number. If you can't, ask the sender to contact slash.fm; they can't undo a transfer themselves.
- You're signed in with another number. Each number is its own account. See I have tickets on another number.
- It hasn't been sent yet. Ask the sender to check their ticket. It shows Sent to you once it's gone.
Buying from someone you don't know?
Use slash.fm Resale, which is guaranteed. If you do take a transfer from a stranger, don't pay until the ticket is in your account.
