Orders and payments

Declined cards, charges you don't recognize, fees, receipts and promo codes.

• My card was declinedDeclines come from your bank. The usual causes are a ZIP code mismatch, a fraud block or a limit, and each has a quick fix.
• A charge I don't recognize, or I was charged twiceA pending charge after a failed checkout is a temporary hold that drops off. If there are two real orders, ask the organizer to refund the extra one.
• Feesslash.fm charges one fee per order: 7% plus $0.49, with card processing included. Free tickets have no fee, and prices on slash.fm already include it.
• Payment methodsPay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Payments are processed by Stripe, and slash.fm never sees your card number.
• ReceiptsYour receipt is emailed when you buy, and every order's details are in My Tickets under Orders.
• Change or add to an orderOrders can't be edited after you buy, but you can buy more, ask for a refund, sell, or send tickets to friends.
• Promo codesEnter a promo code when you pick your tickets. Codes are made by organizers, so ask them if one doesn't work.
• Ticket insuranceslash.fm doesn't sell ticket insurance. Cancelled events are refunded automatically, and other refunds are up to the organizer.
