Signing in with your phone number, changing your number, notifications, and how to contact slash.fm.

• How to contact slash.fmslash.fm support is only available through the contact forms in this Help Center. We don't provide customer service by email.
• Signing in with your phone numberslash.fm has no passwords and no email sign-in. You sign in with your phone number and a 6-digit code we text you.
• Change your phone numberOn the slash.fm website, go to Account, then Phone number. We text a code to your new number, and your account moves to it.
• I have tickets on another numberEach phone number is its own slash.fm account. Sign in with the other number and send the tickets to your main one.
• Notifications, texts and emailsslash.fm notifies you in the app, texts you sign-in codes, and emails receipts and event changes. Choose which app notifications you get in Account.
• Keep your account secureAnyone who can read your texts can sign in as you. Never share your code, and log out of all devices if something looks wrong.
• Delete your accountDelete your account from Account on the slash.fm website or Settings in the app. Your tickets, past ones included, are gone, and it can't be undone.
