Your phone number, profile, privacy, notifications and sign-out.
Open AccountYou'll sign in with your phone number, then go straight there.
- Choose Sign in on the slash.fm website, or Continue with phone in the app.
- Enter your phone number and choose Continue.

Codes expire after 5 minutes. Asking for a new code cancels the old one. On the slash.fm website, sign-in takes US numbers (+1).
The code didn't arrive
- Wait a minute before asking for another.
- Check the number, and choose Change number if it's wrong.
- Check filtered messages, such as Unknown Senders or Spam.
- Check your signal, or try turning Wi-Fi calling off and on.
- Ask your carrier whether texts from businesses are blocked on your plan.
Too many tries
For your security, you can ask for up to 3 codes in 10 minutes, and each code allows 5 wrong guesses. If you hit a limit, wait a few minutes and try again.
Signed in, but your tickets aren't there
You're probably signed in with a different number than the one you bought with. See I have tickets on another number.
You don't have your old number anymore
You can't receive codes for it. Sign in with your new number and send slash.fm a message. We'll check details only the account owner would know, such as order numbers and the last 4 digits of the card used, before moving anything.
