Going to an event

Delete your account

Delete your account from Account on the slash.fm website or Settings in the app. Your tickets, past ones included, are gone, and it can't be undone.

Before you delete

  • Your tickets are gone, past ones included. Send any upcoming tickets to someone, sell them or ask for refunds first.
  • Withdraw your resale balance if you have one.
  • If you're the only owner of an organization, add another owner first. slash.fm won't delete an account that's the sole owner.

Delete it

  • On the slash.fm website: go to Account, choose Delete account, type your username (or DELETE if you don't have one), tick the box and choose Delete my account.
  • In the app: Profile, then Settings, then Delete account.

What happens to your data

Your name, phone number, email, profile and photos are removed. Orders are kept, without your details, because the law requires payment records. Organizers keep the order details they received when you bought. See Privacy.

Delete your account

Account, then Delete account. It can't be undone.

Open Account

You'll sign in with your phone number, then go straight there.
