Keep your account secure

Anyone who can read your texts can sign in as you. Never share your code, and log out of all devices if something looks wrong.

Your account is protected by your phone number. Anyone who can receive your texts can sign in, so keeping your number secure keeps your tickets secure.

Something not right?

Log out of all devices, then check your tickets and listings.

Account security

You'll sign in with your phone number, then go straight there.

Never share your sign-in code

slash.fm, organizers and resale buyers will never ask for the code we text you. Anyone who has it can sign in as you, send your tickets away and change your payout account. If someone asks for it, it's a scam.

Protect your number

  • Set a PIN or passcode with your mobile carrier, so nobody can move your number to their SIM.
  • Lock your phone and hide message previews on your lock screen.

If you think someone else is in your account

  1. On the slash.fm website, go to Account, then Session, and choose Log out of all devices.
  2. Check your tickets and resale listings for anything you didn't do.
  3. Check your payout account under Payouts.
  4. If your phone number stopped working, call your carrier straight away.
  5. Send slash.fm a message with what happened and when.
