Going to an event
Privacy: what we collect and what organizers see
What slash.fm keeps, what the organizer of your event sees, and how to make a privacy request.
What slash.fm keeps
- Your phone number, and the name, email and profile details you add
- Your orders, tickets, transfers and resale activity
- Payment details, which are held by Stripe, not slash.fm
- Device and usage information, used to prevent fraud and to prove entry if a charge is disputed
- Messages you send through slash.fm
What organizers see
When you buy a ticket, the organizer of that event can see your name, the email you gave at checkout, your order and whether you've been checked in. They use this to run the event and answer you. They never see your full card number. Resale buyers and sellers don't see each other's details.
