Going to an event

I didn't get my confirmation email

You don't need the email to get in. Your tickets are always in your slash.fm account, under the phone number you used.

When your order goes through, two things happen:

Your tickets

See your tickets, orders and anything you're selling.

Open My Tickets

You'll sign in with your phone number, then go straight there.

  • Your tickets appear in your slash.fm account straight away, and the app sends a notification: Your ticket is ready.
  • We email a receipt with the subject Your tickets: followed by the event name, to the email you entered at checkout. It has an Open your tickets button.

The email is a receipt, not your ticket. You get in with the code in your account.

If the email didn't arrive

  1. Check your tickets first. Sign in at My Tickets or in the app. If the event is there, your order is complete.
  2. Check Spam, Promotions and Updates, and search for the event name.
  3. Check the email you typed. If there was a typo, the receipt went to that address. Your tickets are still in your account, because they're tied to your phone number, not your email.
  4. Check your bank. If there's only a pending charge that later disappears, the order didn't go through. See A charge I don't recognize.

Need the receipt again?

Every order's details are in your account. See Receipts.

slash.fm doesn't send confirmations by text. The only texts slash.fm sends are sign-in codes, and a text when someone sends you a ticket and you don't have the app.
