What to bring on event day

Your ticket open in the slash.fm app, a valid ID if there's an age limit, and a charged phone.

Bring

  • Your ticket in the slash.fm app, opened once with signal before you leave so the live code works offline.
  • A valid, physical photo ID if the event is 18+ or 21+. See Age limits and ID.
  • A charged phone.

Check before you leave

  • The start time and address on your ticket. If the organizer hid the address until purchase, it's on your ticket now.
  • The dress code, if the event page lists one.
  • Changes. If the organizer changes the date, time or venue, or cancels, we notify you in the app and by email.
  • Your friends' tickets. Make sure each one was sent to them in slash.fm, not screenshotted.

At the door

Have your ticket and ID ready. The door team works for the organizer, so questions about entry are for them.

You'll sign in with your phone number, then go straight there.
