Going to an event

Buying resale tickets

Resale tickets are on the event page on the slash.fm website. When you buy, a new ticket is issued to your account. Resale purchases are final unless the event is cancelled.

Find resale tickets

On the event page on the slash.fm website, tickets other fans have listed show under Resale, cheapest first, with the full price including fees.

Your tickets

See your tickets, orders and anything you're selling.

Open My Tickets

You'll sign in with your phone number, then go straight there.

Buy one

  1. Choose Buy next to the ticket and sign in if asked.
  2. Enter the email for your receipt and agree to the terms.
  3. Pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. The ticket is held for you for 10 minutes while you pay.

When your payment goes through, the seller's ticket is cancelled and a new one is issued to your account. It shows in My Tickets as Bought on slash.fm Resale and works at the door like any other ticket.

What's different

  • Price. Sellers set their own price. If the organizer set a range, listings stay within it.
  • Refunds. Resale purchases are final unless the event is cancelled.
  • Same rules at the door. The age limit and entry rules still apply.

If something goes wrong with the seller's ticket

If the ticket was used or refunded before your payment finished, the purchase can't complete and you're refunded in full automatically.

If the event is cancelled

You're refunded everything you paid, automatically.
