Why can't I sell my ticket?
Resale is only on where the organizer allows it. Free tickets, guest list spots and tickets you've sent or used can't be sold.
Set by the event organizerEach organizer runs their own event. Check the event page or your ticket first, and contact the organizer with questions. slash.fm can't change an organizer's decision.
The Sell button only shows on tickets that can be resold. Organizers decide whether resale is on for their event and for which ticket types.
Sending a ticket?
Choose Transfer next to the ticket and enter their phone number or slash.fm username.

Common reasons
- The organizer hasn't turned on resale for the event.
- The ticket type isn't included. Organizers can leave some types out.
- It's a free ticket. Free RSVPs, requests to join, guest list spots and door-list names can't be resold.
- The event has started. Resale closes at the start time.
- The ticket was used, refunded, sent or sold.
- It's already listed. Choose Manage listing to see it.
- The event was cancelled. You're refunded automatically instead.
Other options
- Request a refund from the organizer.
- Send the ticket to someone you know.
slash.fm can't turn on resale for an event. Only the organizer can.
