Resale when an event is cancelled or changed

If an event is cancelled, resale buyers are refunded in full and sellers aren't paid for those sales. If it moves, listings and sales stand.

Your listings

Change the price or remove a listing before it sells.

You'll sign in with your phone number, then go straight there.

Event cancelled

Listings end and the original orders are refunded like everyone else's.
Resale buyers are refunded everything they paid.
Sellers aren't paid for sales on the cancelled event. Your own original order is refunded to you by the organizer's cancellation.

Date, time or venue changed

Listings stay up for the new details. Change your price or remove the listing if you like.
Sold tickets stay sold. The buyer's ticket is valid for the new details.
Payouts become available after the event takes place on its new date.
