Promo codes
Enter a promo code when you pick your tickets. Codes are made by organizers, so ask them if one doesn't work.
Set by the event organizerEach organizer runs their own event. Check the event page or your ticket first, and contact the organizer with questions. slash.fm can't change an organizer's decision.
Promo codes are created by organizers and take money off your tickets.
Questions about an event?
Message the organizer from My Tickets. They answer questions about their event and reply by email.
Contact the organizerYou'll sign in with your phone number, then go straight there.
Enter a code
- On the slash.fm website: type it in the Promo code field when you pick your tickets.
- In the app: type it in Enter promo code at checkout and tap the arrow.
The discount shows as Promo in your total.
Code not working?
- Check the spelling, including similar characters like 0 and O.
- It may be for a different event, expired or used up.
- It may only work on certain tickets.
slash.fm can't create or fix promo codes. Ask the organizer or whoever gave you the code.
Forgot to use a code
Codes can't be added after checkout. Contact the organizer to ask.
