Your receipt is emailed when you buy, and every order's details are in My Tickets under Orders.
Your emailed receipt
When you buy, we email a receipt with the subject Your tickets: and the event name, to the email you entered at checkout. It lists your tickets and what you paid, with a button to open them.

Open my ordersYou'll sign in with your phone number, then go straight there.
Order details in your account
- Sign in at My Tickets on the slash.fm website.
- Open Orders and choose Details on the order. On a ticket, you can also choose View order.
Order details show the order number, when you bought, the card you paid with, any discount, the fees and the total. In the slash.fm app, open a ticket and choose its order details.
Tickets someone sent you
The receipt stays with the person who paid. If someone sends you a ticket, you get the ticket, not their receipt.
