A charge I don't recognize, or I was charged twice
A pending charge after a failed checkout is a temporary hold that drops off. If there are two real orders, ask the organizer to refund the extra one.
Pending holds
When you start a payment, your bank may place a temporary hold. If the payment fails or you leave checkout, the hold isn't collected and disappears on its own, usually within 1 to 5 business days. Only your bank can release it sooner.

Check for an order
Sign in at My Tickets and open Orders. If there's no order, a pending charge is a hold. If you might have used another phone number, check that account too.
Charged twice
- One order, two charges: one is a hold from a failed attempt and will drop off.
- Two orders: both are real and both sets of tickets are valid. Request a refund on the extra order, or sell those tickets on slash.fm Resale if it's on.
A charge you didn't make
Check with anyone else who uses the card. If you still don't recognize it, contact your bank, then send slash.fm a message.
