Ticket insurance
slash.fm doesn't sell ticket insurance. Cancelled events are refunded automatically, and other refunds are up to the organizer.
Ticket insurance is optional cover, sold by some ticketing sites, that refunds you if you can't go for a covered reason such as illness. slash.fm doesn't sell ticket insurance.

Ask the organizer from your orders. They approve or decline, and you're notified either way.

What protects you on slash.fm
- Cancelled events are refunded in full, fees included, automatically.
- If you can't go, you can ask the organizer for a refund, sell your ticket on slash.fm Resale if it's on, or send it to a friend.
If you bought travel or event insurance somewhere else, claims go to that insurer, not to slash.fm or the organizer.
