My refund went to a closed or expired card

Refunds go back to the card that paid. If that card was replaced or closed, your bank can usually still get the money to you.

For security, refunds can only go back to the payment method that paid for the order. slash.fm can't send a refund to a different card or person.

You'll sign in with your phone number, then go straight there.

Situation	What usually happens
Your bank replaced the card	The refund passes through to your new card, as long as the account is still open.
The account is closed	The refund goes back to your bank. Ask them to release it to you.
You paid with Apple Pay or Google Pay	The refund goes to the card behind it when you paid.
