Where is my refund?
Check the order in My Tickets. Once a refund is made, banks usually post it within 5 to 10 business days.
On the slash.fm website, go to My Tickets, then Orders. Each order shows its status:
Your orders
Order details, receipts, refund status and refund requests.
Open my ordersYou'll sign in with your phone number, then go straight there.
- refund requested
- Waiting for the organizer. They're expected to respond within 7 days.
- refund declined
- The organizer said no. Their reason shows under the order.
- partially refunded
- Part of the order was refunded, for example one of several tickets.
- refunded
- The refund has been sent to your bank.
After it's refunded
Banks usually post card refunds within 5 to 10 business days. Debit cards are often faster. Some banks show it as a pending credit first.
Still not in your account?
- Check the statement for the exact card you paid with.
- If it's been more than 10 business days since the order showed refunded, ask your bank to look for it.
- If your bank can't find it, send slash.fm a message with the order details.
