Going to an event

The organizer declined my refund or isn't responding

For events that go ahead, refunds are the organizer's call. slash.fm steps in when they haven't responded within 7 days, or the event didn't happen.

Set by the event organizerEach organizer runs their own event. Check the event page or your ticket first, and contact the organizer with questions. slash.fm can't change an organizer's decision.

If your request was declined

Refunds for events that go ahead are the organizer's decision, so slash.fm can't overrule a decline. You still have options:

Questions about an event?

Message the organizer from My Tickets. They answer questions about their event and reply by email.

Contact the organizer

You'll sign in with your phone number, then go straight there.

  • Reply to the organizer if your situation is unusual, such as an illness. They can change their mind.
  • Sell the ticket on slash.fm Resale, if it's on for the event.
  • Send the ticket to someone who can use it.

If the organizer isn't responding

Organizers are expected to respond within 7 days.

  1. Check the order in My Tickets. The status may have changed.
  2. Check your email for a reply from the organizer.
  3. If there's still nothing 7 days after you asked, report it to slash.fm.
