Going to an event

The event's date, time or venue changed

We notify ticket holders in the app and by email when an organizer changes the date, time or venue. Your ticket stays valid.

Set by the event organizerEach organizer runs their own event. Check the event page or your ticket first, and contact the organizer with questions. slash.fm can't change an organizer's decision.

When an organizer changes an event's date, time or venue, we let everyone holding a ticket know, with a notification in the slash.fm app and an email to the address on their order.
