Report an event or organizer

Report an event if

• The organizer hasn't responded to you within 7 days.
• The event didn't happen, or was very different from what was advertised.
• The event was cancelled but you weren't refunded.
• The listing is misleading, fake, spam or copied from someone else.
• You were refused entry because of who you are.

• An organizer declining a refund for an event that went ahead
• Door decisions made under rules shown before you bought
• Lineup changes

For these, contact the organizer.

How to report

• From the Help Center: go to Contact us, choose Something else, then Report an event or organizer, and sign in. Include the order and what happened.
• In the app: on the event page, choose Report event and pick Spam, Illegal content, Inappropriate, Intellectual property or Other.

What happens next

We review every report. We may contact the organizer, take the event down or unapprove the organizer.
