Terms of service summary

This is a summary to help you understand the main points. It isn't the full agreement. The full terms are what apply.

Buying tickets

• slash.fm is a marketplace. Organizers sell tickets to their events through slash.fm and are responsible for the event, its entry rules and safety.
• A ticket is a licence to enter. It can be cancelled if you break the organizer's rules, the venue's rules or our code of conduct.
• Refunds are automatic when an event is cancelled, and otherwise up to the organizer. See the refund policy.

Reselling tickets

• Resell through slash.fm Resale, within the organizer's price limits. Reselling slash.fm tickets elsewhere isn't allowed.
• Resale purchases are final unless the event is cancelled.
• Sellers are paid after the event takes place.

Your account

• Your account is your phone number. Keep access to it secure.
