Going to an event
Private events, passwords and hidden addresses
Some events need a password to see, some ticket types need a password to buy, and some addresses are hidden until you have a ticket.
Set by the event organizerEach organizer runs their own event. Check the event page or your ticket first, and contact the organizer with questions. slash.fm can't change an organizer's decision.
- Event password
- The whole event is private. Enter the password from the organizer and choose Unlock to see it.
- Ticket password
- One ticket type is hidden, for example a presale. Enter the password under that ticket.
- Address after purchase
- The venue shows as "address after purchase" until you have a ticket. The full address is then on your ticket.
slash.fm can't give out event passwords or hidden addresses. Ask the organizer.
