How slash.fm works: who does what
slash.fm sells tickets for independent organizers. The organizer runs the event and sets its rules; slash.fm runs your account, tickets and payments.
slash.fm is a ticketing platform. Organizers, promoters and venues use slash.fm to sell tickets to their own events. slash.fm doesn't run the events, book the artists or staff the door.
Message the organizer from My Tickets. They answer questions about their event and reply by email.

Why slash.fm can't overrule the organizer
Organizers run their events within slash.fm's rules. When an organizer makes a decision that's theirs to make, such as declining a refund for an event that went ahead, slash.fm support can't change it.
When slash.fm steps in
- The organizer hasn't responded to you within 7 days.
- The event didn't happen, or was very different from what was advertised.
- The organizer is breaking our code of conduct.
In these cases, report the event.
Find the organizer
The organizer's name is on the event page and on your ticket. Select it to see their page.
