Lineup and set times
The organizer manages the lineup and publishes any set times. If an artist changes, whether you can get a refund is up to the organizer.
Set by the event organizerEach organizer runs their own event. Check the event page or your ticket first, and contact the organizer with questions. slash.fm can't change an organizer's decision.
The lineup is on the event page. If the organizer publishes set times, they're in the event description or on the organizer's own channels. slash.fm doesn't get set times in advance.

If an artist cancels or is replaced
Lineup changes are up to the organizer. Your ticket stays valid for the event.
If you'd rather not go

| Request a refund | Any time before the event starts. The organizer decides. |
| Sell on slash.fm Resale | If the organizer turned resale on for the event. |
| Send the ticket to a friend | If the organizer allows transfers. |
