Going to an event

Accessible entry

Accessibility is arranged with the organizer and the venue. Message the organizer as early as you can with what you need.

Set by the event organizerEach organizer runs their own event. Check the event page or your ticket first, and contact the organizer with questions. slash.fm can't change an organizer's decision.

Every venue is different, so accessible entry is arranged between you, the organizer and the venue. slash.fm doesn't have a separate accessible ticket type, though some organizers create one.

Questions about an event?

Message the organizer from My Tickets. They answer questions about their event and reply by email.

Contact the organizer

You'll sign in with your phone number, then go straight there.

How to ask

  1. Check the event description; some organizers list access details there.
  2. Buy your ticket, choosing an accessible ticket type if the organizer offers one.
  3. Contact the organizer and tell them what you need.

Useful details include step-free access, seating or a viewing area, whether you'll bring a companion or carer, whether you need to skip the line, and any assistance animal. You don't need to share medical details unless the organizer or venue asks.
