Fees for organizers
7% + $0.49 per order, card processing included. Buyers pay it by default, or you can absorb it.
slash.fm charges one fee per paid order: 7% of the ticket total plus $0.49. Card processing is included, so there's nothing on top. Free tickets have no fee, and there's no monthly cost.

Who pays it

Set your organization's default under Settings, and override it per ticket type. One order can't mix both settings.
Example
A $30 ticket with the buyer paying: the buyer pays $32.59 and you receive $30.
Refunds and resale
When you refund, the fee goes back to the buyer in proportion. Resale fees are paid by resale sellers and never come out of your payout.
