Team roles and permissions
Owners, managers, door staff and promoters. Add people by phone number on your organization's Team tab.
| Role | Can |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything, including Stripe and payouts, organization settings, cancelling events and removing members. |
| Manager | Create and edit events, refund orders and answer refund requests, manage promo codes, promoter links, guest lists and requests, and add door staff and promoters. |
| Door | Scan tickets, check in the guest list and sell at the door. |
| Promoter | See their own links, codes and sales, and add names to the guest list. |
Add someone
On the slash.fm website, open your organization in the dashboard, go to Team, enter their mobile number, choose a role and choose Add.

Open DashboardYou'll sign in with your phone number, then go straight there.
Keep at least two owners
An owner can't delete their slash.fm account while they're the only owner, and if your only owner loses their phone number, getting back in takes longer.
